Mobility Management of the Höchst Industrial Park

Client: traffiQ – Local Urban Transport Society, Frankfurt am Main Ltd.

Project description: introduction of a complete and long-term mobility management service for an area with 90 companies and 22.000 workers. The project is financed in the frame of the EU-projects ICMA.

The Höchst Industrial Park is located to the west of Frankfurt am Main and accommodates on a surface of over 400 hectares about 90 companies and 22.000 workers. Guaranteeing suitable mobility possibilities for trips within and to and from the area represents a major challenge.

team red develops a mobility management concept for the industrial park in the frame of the EU-project ICMA. An efficient organization of personal mobility (commuting, work trips, client trips, etc.) is the central focus of the project. Also, the project contributes to avoid traffic jams and to reduce emissions.

Regional "New Citizen Kit" for Munich

Client: Consortium for transport and tariffs of Munich (MVV)

Project description: study for the introduction of a new citizen kit in the Region of Munich. In frame of the study, both the cooperation opportunities with the administrations in the region and the information needs of citizens were analyzed as well. Actually, the idea and concept of a new citizen kit came up while developing these tasks.

Analyses of VBB communication service

Client: Berlin Brandenburg Transport Consortium (VBB)

Project description: The main task of the VBB is to gradually increase the attractiveness of the urban transport system to current and potential users. Apart from coordinating the over 40 partner companies, it is commendatory to all the development of an appealing, unified and easy to understand traveler information system.

Services: team red was asked to conduct the analyses and, more specifically, to carry out the analyses, research and overall view evaluation of 25 locations in Berlin-Brandenburg from both experts’ and customer’s points of view. At the same time, thematic best-practice methods about service advertising for 20 German regional transport consortia (and in other 10 European great urban areas) were established and customer-oriented recommendations for action elaborated.

Client: Consortium for transport and tariffs of Munich (MVV)

Project description: Development of a market study for the introduction of a mobility card in Munich. The objective was to find potential models and suitable partners for a mobility card.

Mobility Service HANNOVERmobil

Client: üstra, Transport Company of Hannover

Project description: Introduction of an all-in-one mobility card that gives users of the urban transport system access to taxis, rental cars and car-sharing and bicycle rental systems. The project was awarded with the Urban Public Transport Prize for Innovation.
